One of the highlights of visiting Srinagar is enjoying authentic Kashmiri cuisine. We taste the famous Wazwan, a traditional multi-course feast that reflects Kashmir's rich culinary heritage. Popular dishes include Rogan Josh, Gustaba, Rista, Yakhni, Tabak Maaz, Dum Aloo, and Kashmiri Pulao.

To complete the experience, we sip a warm cup of Kashmiri Kahwa, a traditional green tea prepared with saffron, almonds, cinnamon, and cardamom. It is both refreshing and comforting, especially during the cool evenings.
