Definitely more than worth the price. The hotel is a few mins walk from the Mall road. The people at the hotel are friendly and accommodating. We booked 3 rooms for me and my trek mates on the return of a multiday trek. The rooms were really clean. In my room, we had repeated requests to refill water which was done promptly always wearing a smile. I wanted to tip that person, but had forgot as we were in a hurry to checkout. If i ever want to stay around Manali Mall road, this is going to be my first choice

Our stay from 27 Feb to 2 March 22, was so amazing. Room was so clear and furnished. Breakfast and dinner also so delicious provide by hotel. Weather was cold and local areas visited during stay was also so lovely and memorable (snow falls and snow ). I am enjoying so much. Totally awesome.

Very good experience. Owner and staff are really good. Provided some genuine advice for any shopping related stuffs and also guided us for few local site seeing. Decorated my room with flowers petals. Located in prime area of Manali. All things are reasonably very close to Hotel. So walking was the best option instead of Car. Must recommend place to everyone.

Too good👍🏻. The location of this hotel is praiseworthy! We stayed here for three nights in room. That's a big room. Every thing was perfect,neat and tidy. Bathroom was also big and clean. Above all staffs are very courteous... Room services were prompt. 👍🏻 And... The restaurant service was very good. Each and every dish we tasted were delicious too. they allowed me to check-in 3 hrs before checkin time as my bus arrived before time. Thank you for all of this. I will recomend this hotel for homely stay and refreshing outing in Manali.

Hotel is best and his food is best.and staff behavior is also good. But 12 may we are check out I m totally surprised because 2200 extra charge in my bill. I m asked in reception why are you charging extra bill. His staff say your room bedsheet,towel.pilo covers are so duty so we are charge for it. I am totally shocked cleaning charge 2200.this reson I was giving 1 star for this hotel

The only good thing about the hotel is its outer appearance. It looks fancy but all other things are terrible. The service staff behaved very rudely. The service is so poor they won't even supply water even after being asked. I called room service for water 3 times and waited 2 hours to get just a jug of water. Another horrible thing about this hotel is, it basically only accepts cash. No UPI, no cards, nothing. I had to pay a lump amount to an UPI I'd of a staff in the hotel. No ATMs are nearby to the hotel as well
