Day 1

Day 1: Arrival in Leh

Upon your arrival at Leh Airport (11,500 ft above sea level), our representative will warmly welcome you and assist you with a comfortable transfer to your hotel. Since Leh is located at a high altitude, proper acclimatization is extremely important. Spend the day relaxing and allowing your body to adjust to the mountain environment. In the evening, if your health permits, take a leisurely walk through the vibrant Leh Market. Explore local Tibetan handicrafts, traditional Ladakhi souvenirs, prayer flags, woolen products, and charming cafés. Enjoy the peaceful atmosphere of the town surrounded by majestic Himalayan peaks. Day 2: Leh Local Sightseeing Tour

After breakfast, begin your exciting local sightseeing tour of Leh. Visit the beautiful Shanti Stupa, a white-domed Buddhist monument offering panoramic views of Leh city and surrounding mountains. Continue to the Hall of Fame Museum, maintained by the Indian Army, showcasing the history, culture, and bravery of soldiers in Ladakh. Next, proceed to Gurudwara Pathar Sahib, a sacred Sikh shrine dedicated to Guru Nanak Dev Ji. Continue your journey to the fascinating Magnetic Hill, where vehicles appear to move uphill against gravity. Upon reaching Nubra Valley, visit the ancient Diskit Monastery, known for its giant Maitreya Buddha statue overlooking the valley.
