Day Wise Itinerary

Day 1

Day 1: Arrival in Madurai

Upon arrival at Madurai Airport or Railway Station, you will be warmly welcomed by our representative and transferred to your hotel. After check-in and some relaxation, begin your cultural journey with a visit to the magnificent Meenakshi Amman Temple, one of the most iconic temples in South India, renowned for its stunning Dravidian architecture and vibrant sculptures. Later, explore the historic Puthu Mandapam, a traditional marketplace famous for handicrafts and textiles, followed by a visit to the historic Kazimar Big Mosque, one of the oldest mosques in Tamil Nadu. In the evening, witness the divine temple rituals and enjoy the spiritual atmosphere before returning to the hotel for an overnight stay in Madurai.

Day 2

Day 2: Heritage & Historical Sightseeing

After breakfast, set out to explore Madurai's rich heritage by visiting the magnificent Thirumalai Nayakkar Mahal, a royal palace celebrated for its grand arches, towering pillars, and Indo-Saracenic architecture. Continue to the Gandhi Memorial Museum, which houses rare photographs, manuscripts, and exhibits related to India's freedom struggle.
